just installed civ4 bts steam, and no tech sounds quotes

heya, have a problem


just installed civ4 bts steam, and i have no tech sounds quotes.. i checked and they are there in explorer.., they were working last time i used civ 4 retail (moved to steam as i have most games there and where on sale)

everything else sounds ok.. what coud be wrong?

got an error in alerts (where you get alerts in civs) its says something about error 2d audio..

i'll finish my current game, and will try deleting my documents bts folder, verifying in steam properties, and ill check again.
