I often get overwhelmed with the options available in the mid-game as far as techs and civics. Which ones do you typically prioritize and are there any key decision points where different paths diverge for different victory conditions?
I know: Feudalism is important because of the card that gives you extra builder charges. Rationalism is key for the card that gives you the bonus to +3 adjacency campuses. Industrialization boosts mines by +1 production, so it's a good idea to pick that one up early.
