Keyboard shortcut to increase vote by increments of 5 rather than 1?

When I'm going for a Diplomatic Victory, I'll often have a lot of votes to use (at least 30). So every time the vote screen comes up, I don't want to have to hit the vote arrow 30 times if I don't have to.

I've seen some YouTube videos where the person increases the vote count by 5 rather than 1. Here is one example (this link jumps directly to the moment it happens in the video). How do they do that? Do they hold a keyboard key while clicking the arrow, or is a mod required?

Excellent thanks. It's hard to find these types of unusual shortcuts in Civ V sometimes, but they can be very helpful when you play for a few hundred hours.
