Yeah. The problem is that certain cities have a Federal courthouse and one judge from the main city assigned to cover that court. If they are a known crazy (liberal or conservative), than that gives parties a known judge if they file in that city. It used to be Wichita Falls. Now it is Amarillo and apparently Sherman too.
