Whenever a king unit enters a city and fortifys the city should produce as it as a palace in it, or at least it increase its production some how.
It´s a nice motive to take the king to the frontline.

Cool Idea. I think, many people don't use the king actualy. How about make it possible, simply to reduce the corruption in the city in which the king stays. A kind of "mobile palace" seems to much to me, but reducing corruption only in this city seems okay.

ya espicially if you have it on mass regicide thats lots of palaces! it would make it too easy including the forbidden palace! lowering production is good though
