Know thy enemy achievement

OK, I have a question to ask. How do you achieve "Know thy enemy achievement" in Civilization 5? It says you must consult the oracle 2 times in a single game. Has something to do with the new "Wonders of the Ancient World Scenario Pack" DLC?

Has anyone achieved this?

Yeah, if you play the WotAW scenario it should be pretty self-explanatory. You can't get it in a normal game.

I was similarly puzzled by 'Reverse Engineer: Gain possession of 3 wonders by conquering cities in a single game'.

I must have captured about 10 wonders in a single game and it didn't fire.
