Landscape

This is an request more or less.Have anyone ever tried to make a fotorealistic landscape?Using satelite pics to make it?'Couse now the untis are getting so much details (some are almost more pics than drawings ), so it could look great (or really bad ) with some realistic landscape.
If noone have done it, then could someone with time do it?This should be easy as it doesn't involve animations.It would be interesting to see it.

Yes I've seen it.It is really good (those mountains rock )but it's not photorealistic.No hard feelings there Womok .

funnily, I was thinking about it yesterday as I was making urban textures for my mod, and experimenting with them as irrigation.

Good aerial views can be found at yahoo maps... with mapquest, but it only works woth cities, I think.
