Hemah created the Overlords and the Burnt Priest in his dreams the night after wandering into the ruins of Brigdarrow's temple.

Who is Burnt Priest ? I've seen him mentioned several times but didn't see him in-game.

I believe he is mentioned in the Fall of Cuantine Scenario, as well as the Tale of Saverous (which Kael has released in full as well as using parts of as pedia entries). He is not a unit in the game or anything, but is a character in the back story of Saverous and the Twisted Men.
