Laptop Keyboard cleaning tips.

I have noticed that my keyboard on my laptop has started to become lazy (Mainly when pressing a certan button more than once to get it to register). There is nothing wrong with the hardware but I came to the conclusion that sometimes solid stuff would often times find there way into the gaps in between the keys and would jam them.

I am wondering if there are any cleaning tips for laptop keyboards.

Turn it upside down and shake.
