Largest city ever?

Yeah, I was chugging along as the balsheraps and was doing ok, but the frozen was passing me in points faster and faster, which was odd since they only had one city and never built any wonders, and wasn't the techmaster or anything. So I jumped into the world builder, and behold... they only had one city, but it had 488 in size!!!! And they had like 20 frozen souls in the city as well. They had been fighting with the doviello that was their neighbour, but that seemes abit unbalanced don't you think?

My largest non fallow city is 70, with lanun and tower of complacany and city of a thousand slums and massive amount of sea resources...

I've already merged TC01's latest version of the Frozen; Testers are reporting they have (after a 100 or so turns) a few size 30 cities, one 40-50. Which is fine, and much more balanced.

Here's an actual post from the tester's group on the Frozen:

Last game I played the Doviello and summoned the Frozen to see how they do under AI control with the changes to TC01 latest version.
They had some big cities, around 30-40, but no huge cities in the hundreds.
Tar Demons were a problem before too, if I remember right, but they were now in managable numbers.

They grew fast to the second place, pointwise, behind me, but not ridiculous fast.

All in all they seem like a strong, but not too overpowered civ, like I think they should be, as they enter the game late.

Sounds to me like they're far better balanced now that we've merged the newest version.
