Does anybody know what real pompeian houses Arbaces,Glaucus,Ione,Diomed or Clodius owned, in The Last Days of Pompeii(1800's novel, not documentary)? Or at least, what houses the author was thinking of?
Sì, lo è (Yes, it is). But the fresco pictures were very nice, and anyway I thought the OP was interested primarily in the atmosphere of the time and place.
