Did anyone manage to trigger her quests? I made a full playthrough, but I don't think a single quest triggered.

I'm pretty sure I did. I think I remember seeing some religion-based ones in Exploration that were tied to her.

Antiquity:
Initial: Obtain a commander then kill 1 unit
-> Diplomacy: Have 2 wonders in your capital
-> Military: Train 1 horseman

Exploration:
Initial: Research authority
-> Diplomacy: Convert 5 settlements to your religion
-> Military: Declare war on a distant land civ

Modern:
-> Diplomacy: Train 1 explorer
-> Military: Research an ideology

Finally had a chance to start a Lakshimibai game over the weekend and she really has the capability to snowball with the right start. The free influence and units from her abilities just allow you to get more influence and units, which just continues to feed your gameplan. Had Amina as Egypt as my nearest neighbor and was able to take them out of the game entirely in Antiquity, which was surprising to me given all of the combat boosts Amina as Egypt gets (especially on Deity) and how well developed her cities were (which meant a lot of antiquity walls). Part of the successful campaign may have been the fact that I was using Assyria whose Magarrus are quite strong, but the +7 War Support and many, many free units certainly were a big help there.
