I have been playing with CIV IV the very first day it became available, and one problem that I noticed right away was that when you are viewing the trade screen and watching the Leader, many times the Leaders face is splotchy or patchy and not properly textured. In fact, just look at your user manual on page 101 and you will see how Takugawa's face has a half dozen areas without color or detail.
I have downloaded each new patch as they became available but the problem has not gone away. Has anybody else noticed this problem as well?
I have 1GB of RAM and a 256MB video card.
Also, my son has experienced the same problem and he lives at a different house and uses a totally different computer and configuration.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
