trait1 and trait2 enters are directly pasted through C4BtS_RefGuide(econo)_EN.pdf
so they are with the same order as they are entered there.
i see your point and i agree that it's a handicap while listing. and i will have a look about the formulization of what you suggest.
but i don't think it is possible with excel. selecting one column, picking a word in the data menu and make excel show the cells having that word in 2 columns doesn't seem possible.
moreover 2 different cells should be formulated together all the time, no matter which one contains which trait, and all the formulas/conditional formattings should be improved with many OR gates
it should be easier with xml maybe. my aim with uploading this file was to give an idea to the writers of that leader picker xml but they seem away.
