Leader Screen Glitch

Can anyone help me with the below leader screen glitch? This is just one example of many leaders who got into a fight with a buzz clipper. I tried lowering the graphics to basic, verifying integrity of the game and updating graphics drivers, but that wasn't enough. the rest f the game runs fine on high graphics settings.

I thought the new patch might fix it, but no such luck. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just got a new driver update but that still didn't work.

Can anyone help me?
