Leader Trait idea: Diplomatic

A possible mod idea:

Add leader trait, Diplomatic.

+1 on relations with all civs.
Increased effectiveness, decreased cost for spy missions
great wonder: UN
Improvements: ???

Could this be modded?

Of course it could. Forgive my ignorance , but I'm not sure what you mean by Great Wonder ....

I've not got Civ IV yet, but Civ III has wonders such as pyramids, colossus, and the UN... I'm assuming the UN is also a wonder in Civ IV.

Leader traits make some wonders cheaper to build with certain leaders, I believe, as well as certain improvements.

In Civ4 industrious leaders build all world wonders for half the cost.

diplomatic may be a nice trait addition mod, but a mere +1 with other nations, better spies, and the UN is kind of a weak benefit, especially in the early to middle portions of the game where there are no spies.

Spies coudl be good but I think they should be earliezed anyways.
The "+1" is good though a higher value might be good as well.
