Been seeing this error pop up a lot in the resmgr.log file. If I let the game keep going, there will be more art files not unloading in the log file and more refcounts, and after about 5 of them the game will crash with windows reporting out of system resources type errors (while in windowed mode... if I'm in full screen, the system just reboots.) Cant find a work around short of just saving the game when the diplomacy screen/leaderhead starts stuttering when it pops up, quitting the game adn then reloading. Extremely frustrating since I can only get about 10-20 mins of play when there is a lot of diplomatic contact going on....
