Legacy of Kingdoms
LoK is a mod "loosely" based on KOEI's series: romance of the three kingdoms. LoK features 8 forces with 16 leaders and a more specialized tech tree (I would explain everything, but what would be the fun in that?).
Things needed to be done
Add in all the rest of the text keys (still a lot need to be done including civilizations, and strategies.)
Balance gameplay more (I’m not that very good of civ4 player and not as much of a warmonger so it’s a bit hard to gauge the AI’s effectiveness in war.)

*Fixed a few text errors
*Catapult strength cut in half
*militia hammer cost adjusted from 10 to 20 hammers
*adjusted windmills yields
*fixed some promotions
*reworked the terrain a bit(increased resource appearances for some)
*changed/modified some of the traits (some were way over the top)

*fixed an audio problem
*fixed a few building errors
*modified handicaps a bit(the ai doesn't head for unit techs fast enough this should buy them alittle more time)

*combined TheLopez: Great Specialists (to help flesh out more great people types)
*combined Dale's Ranged bombardment (to help facilitate catapults a bit better)
*changed some building values around (some buildings just weren't providing enough benefit for there rarity)
