leonard nimoy speech

I am having a problem with the speech with each new technology advance.

Sometimes Nimoy speaks and sometimes he doesn't. It seems that he does about 10% of the time and I've been encountering through each patch. It has stayed the same way. I couldn't find a thread for this, is anyone else experiencing this too?

Look at it this way: it could have been much worse. Nimoy is a monotonous-sounding actor, but what if while playing he morphed for you into William Shatner? Oh, the horror.
