[GS] Liberation War... what is it good for?

I haven’t found this anywhere yet. Is there a way to see which cities are valid in a liberation war?

I ask, because I got the causus belli for a liberation war but I could not any cities that should have qualified.

Is it a bug or am I missing something?

You get the CB against the civ that declared on one of the city states you were the suzerain of. Just click through the diplomacy screen of the civs to see who you have a valid liberation CB against.

No, I get that, but where do I find the list of cities that triggered the causus belli?
