Lightning and quick victories?

Hello, newcomer to FF (and still not that expeirienced at FFH2). I've been enjoying the mod, but I've got a big question.

As I was playing as the Scions, waiting for awakened and whatnot, I suddenly won a lightning cultural victory out of nowhere. While I'm happy for one of my fastest victories ever, I have no idea what the requirements are for this victory (and in custom games it shows even more quick and lightning victories possible), and I couldn't find anything on the formus.

So what are the requirements for these new victories?

They show in the F8 menu. Basically they are quiker (and MUCH quicker) versions of pre-existing victory conditions. Meant for those who like to struggle toward a victory, but not spend long times playing each game (Lightning is meant more to make you struggle to PREVENT other people getting victory, while struggling to gain yourself the same)
