Limit Game Era

Is there a mod for Civ 5 which limits the era that can be played to? For instance capping the game at the Classical Era and then putting it on Marathon and having an extended war with Roman Legions, Mohawk Warriors and Companion Cavalry etc. I think someone did this for Civ IV, but I wondered if it would be possible to implement it through the In-Game Mod section.
