I thought that this game would be over early industrial age. How wrong I was. In this game we had two mighty opponents. Korea was far advanced but too small to resist our artillery. Carthage was a bigger fish, but once again the humans showed just how powerful artillery is

What would happen when the AI could use artillery as well as the humans?

I fully agree with Aggie and think that game can be given as an exemple on how powerful artillery is both in defense and attack.

I remember people telling me that tiny maps are a bit like cheating, because it is too easy to win on them. This game proved that they were wrong Especially the science race gets a strange twist with only 3 AI.

I got to fight during most of my turns and just when the final war started I decided to recommend the infrastructure approach.
How typical of me. Thanks for doing a nice job.

I had a lot of defensive fighting in this game, something that I don't really encounter. It was a lot of fun. Well done all !

At the moment I am waiting sitting idle to see if conquest is really going to arrive Oct 28. Seems like the gone gold message needs to show up very shortly if that is the real date.

Well, I got my grade ... I scored 104.5 points out of 115 , so if my calculations are correct I got an A for the course.

..but I could've gotten a A+

Very good ChrTh I once played civ2 until 4.30 AM and my exam the following morning was about as good. Must be due to getting the brain to work with this game
