Hi i just today downloaded a few units from the modz forums, and i am having problems with the game loading them correctly i read and studied this thread here http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=71114&page=4 and did everything that was needed but still cant get the game to work my error is ''Load Error'' Error Reading File, then it shows the units path \Art\units\Mod name\Mod ini name.

What units from what mod? Is it unit for Conquest or Vanilla? Are the units meant for scenario? The location of the ART and Units folder depends on those things. I would expect a load error to mean the file is not of the proper characteristics for the game being loaded.
You probably could get better help in the creation forum, where players that have actually made these types of things could respond.

Well, in vanilla civ (the basic version) every unit must have the exact same name as it's folder and it's .ini file.
For example, the Nuclear Submarine unit's files are stored in the Art\Units\Nuclear Submarine folder which contains the Nuclear Submarine.ini file.
