I bought the latest version on my Windows machine and saved the game to multiplayer cloud. Now when I try to start the game from my Macbook Pro M2 Max, the save files show up but I cant load them. One red error message can be seen: LOC_RULERS_OF_CHINA_MOD_TITLE

It looks like I have everything installed on my Mac and I have verified the game files. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if it's the problem, but they've disabled cross-platform multiplayer for the time being, as the Mac version of the game is now behind the PC version.
