After applying the Logistics policy (+1 movement when starting on your own territory), the attack button is no longer shown for most unit types (e.g. Helicopter, Rocket Artillery), and is disabled on ranged units (e.g. Field Cannon). Whilst I can still attack with some melee and ranged units by right clicking the enemy unit to attack, I can't use my Rocket Artillery as they can't move and attack.
To replicate this:
1. Load my save file.
2. Close the trader window to avoid the crash bug (as posted in another thread).
3. Go to the government window and Replace the Professional Army policy with Logistics.
4. Select a unit to see that the attack button is either not shown or is disabled.
