Is there a good European mod pack including real leaderheads and completed Civilizations with UU and the like, NOT looking for Abraham Lincoln playing the roll of Churchill...

I want it all! HaHa!

I want specific units all the way thru. If I start with England I want specific units for England till the end. If I start with Russia, I want specific Russian units till the end.

I see that this is possible with all the wonderful works that people have published. Just wondering if anybody had already done it.
