Looking for a specific mod-- can someone help?

So, I'm sorry if this is a question that could easily be answered through my own research, but I'm not really sure where to look. I just installed Civ 4 on a new computer, and I'm trying to to download the same mod (or a similar one) that I had on my old one, but I can't remember what it was called.

Basically, the mod just tells you some basic information about the statistics and numbers in the game. For instance, it gives you a more detailed description of combat odds when you mouse over an enemy. It also tells you how much gold, research, etc. you can expect to get from a new building when you mouse over it before building. You can also see things like great general progress and which great person a city is working towards in that city's menu. It's been a couple of years since I last played this, so that's about all I can remember right now. Can anyone tell me what the name of a mod like this would be?

You most likely want BULL or BAT, or at least BUG.

BUG has basic information increases and can be set to be always active (so you don't need to run it as a mod).

BULL is BUG + more, including a custom DLL so it must be run as a mod. The BULL DLL includes the Advanced Combat Odds mod (which is what gives the additional information for combat) and Building Actual Effects mod (which gives the actual changes you can expect from producing a building), and something resembling a zillion other things.

BAT is BULL + graphical enhancements such as Varietas Delecta (and an additional tweak or two).
