Looking for Application to Modify a .sav file

Are there any utilities out there that I can get that will allow me to open up a .sav file, and modify the delete/modify the units in it, and then allow me to resave it so I can play the next turn.

I am play-testing a modded scenario, and the turn is hanging. I think I know what the problem is (AI trying to load an immobile unit into a transport), and want to open up my .sav and wipe out the immobile units from the game, then rerun the turn to test the theory.

Does such an application exist, and if so, where can I get it?

Thanks for the link, but I don't see anything in the list that allows me to edit the units within a .sav file.

Does anybody know of one within the utility list.
