Looking for mods like BlouBlou's era mods for Civ5 but for Civ4

I've been playing with this a lot lately in Civ5, and it's cool to lock progression beyond a certain era and have a rejigged tech tree to make it playable, so you can play a whole game in the era a civ is from (like Babylon in the ancient era, or Rome in the classical era). I had a look in the downloads section, but I couldn't seem to find what I was after, does anyone here know of a mod that does what I want?
