Looking for Mods

so I havent played civ in almost a year so please forgive me.

wondering.
is there a mod to move the camera to where the action is when its the ai's turn? Like in civ4.
is there a mod that will make the ai upgrade its units? seems to still be a bit of a problem.
is there a mod that will make the ai pick a victory condition. I am in a current game i the modern era and the ai is waaay ahead of me in science but has made no move to win the game.

I think Infixo's Real Strategy aims to accomplish this.

There's a mod called Radiant AI Promotion (or something similar) that seems pretty effective in helping the AI keep up to date with units, and actually promote them. I often see top tech units running around, often with the little flag showing 3 or 4 promotions on them.
