What are your favorite mods?

I've gone over to steam based on feedback from a previous post. There are several mods that are interesting:

religion expanded
p0kiehls better pantheons
4 new leaders mods
better coastal cities and water tiles

So far the only regular mod I use is better report screen.

So this lead me to think and ask
-- is my gameplay suffering because your favorite mod is not used?
-- are any mods known to be dangerous, i.e, require a civ reinstall to back out the mod?

Is there still a good future in in Civ 6 modding community today? I began to consider going to do Civ7 mod but tools aren't really ready. particularly tools relating to graphics.

extended policy cards - THIS. It is pointless to play Civ 6 without this mod. Knowing which cards to swap in when makes the game way more balanced.

Customization VI. Allows you to tweak or outright turn off so many elements of the game like Loyalty, Disasters, or especially the awful World Congress
