Looking for Multiplayer Partner

Went well. We just got a game going. Are you looking for a partner to get a game going. I don't mind starting another on a felxible time commitment.

Hey wwhill, are you currently viewing the multiplayer load game/setup screen? Are you able to select yourself as the second slot? I can't select you as the second slot, so I hope you're able to.

If you say nothing happened after the launch, that must mean I'm by myself in this screen, which would mean that as far as I know, it's impossible for me to load you in as a human opponent. Arrgh... Frustrating...

Oh crap. I saved over the old file (after playing some time)! That means when we play again, you'll have to deal with having the AI have messed up some of your stuff!

Extremely sorry. What should we do now? We either have to settle for reloading, where both of us will be a little messed up (because the AI controlled you for a while, and the turn limit was acting strange, so I missed out on a lot of desired actions, and I was extremely rushed). Or we could start over. Man, I wish I had saved it as a different file...

Okay, as of right now we're back where we were before we (or I, I should say) started the game again. Are you at the screen where the bunches of options are? Or did it not do anything again?

And by the way, I'm assuming you have the latest patch installed (version 1.21f)?

I have the patch. The game never came up
