Looking for some dotmap help please

I am playing the current game as Isabella of Spain. Lately I have not had decent areas to develop and this game I have lots of space and lots of choices.

My plan is to develop toward Mehmed at the right side of the screenshot, conquer him, and then build my empire. The other leaders discovered so far are all South of the current view and have some significant jungle (and each other) to work through before they get close to me.

All suggestions and comments are welcome and will be much appreciated (as would explanations for the where an why of sites). Thanks!

This doesn't really account for order or enemy positioning (Mehmed will found cities before you take him out I'd imagine), but my shot at this would be;

[Edit] ... although dutchfire's suggestions work well too. The proposed "E-NE of the Ivory" is a really good alternative to my map. [/Edit]
