Looking to commission somebody to make a mod

Hello, I've been messing with the Civilization V SDK for awhile now and I just can't figure it out. I've decided I want to go the route of commissioning somebody to make a mod for me. I'm not sure how much one would pay for such a thing, but I would really like to see my idea be playable and I'm hoping I can work something out with somebody who can mod Civ V.
