You can wait for a week or two until the new 8800M chips become more commonplace and get a laptop with one of those. According to nvidia, one 8800M GTX is more powerful than two 8700M GT's in SLi

I just bought MSI MEGABOOK VR610X-022. 2 gh AMD, ATI RADEON X1270 and some good stuff like numpad and 1.5 mp camera.

The video card is rather crappy. Its most likely a shared RAM card and even if it wasnt its below the lowest ratail cards, the x1300

The most resource-eating game I play is WoW, so...

If you're looking for a true gaming laptop, I'd skip the Sony. A friend of mine got the 8400 GS video card (just below the 8400 GT the Sony has) and it performed worse on games than my five-year-old mid-range desktop card - granted, it used more special affects, but the result was games I could play on Medium with my ancient card were unplayable with the 8400 GS even on Low.

I think the Asus G1S has the 8600M GT GDDR3 graphics card, the same as the MacBookPro (though the amount of VRAM is 256 MB, instead of the 128 on the MacBookPro), but you should make sure of that. The Amazon link just says "8600M video card", which could mean the 8600 GS DDR2, putting it quite a bit below the MacBookPro. If it is the 8600M GT GDDR3, it is certainly the best deal of the three.

I'd recommend getting the Asus G1S from a well-regarded reseller such as xoticpc.com or powernotebooks.com instead of Amazon, though. That way you'll know exactly what you're, getting, it'll be new, you'll have extra support, and it'll be a bit less expensive.

8700M GT laptops are also an option, though in almost all cases they aren't necessary. The aforementioned retailers have several models with that card. The 8800M series doesn't come out until January or February of next year.
