Well, 1530ad is still a bit late for giving tips unless you were asking a very specific question. I didn't open the save with the game itself, but I opened it with CAII, and I can make some general observations that you might consider for future games.
I can see that you are playing on a Standard 60% Pangea world with only 3 opponents. The normal number of opponents would be 7. Playing with fewer distorts the game...some would say to the human's advantage, though I've found some disadvantages in doing that as well. But it definitely does distort the way the game plays.
I can also see that you've built a courthouse in your capitol city. Since your capital has zero corruption or waste, you have no need for a court there and probably not in your first ring of cities either.
At 1530 ad you're still in Despotism. The circumstances where that would be a good idea are too rare to discuss. By 1770 ad you've switched to Communism...almost any government besides Despotism is an improvement, but I don't know enough to comment on which would have been best in this game.
Your early city placements were pretty good, being mostly CxxC, but your capitol was built just 1 tile away from the ocean. You could have moved your settler to either be right on the ocean or 2 tiles away and still be on a river. Either way would probably have been an improvement, but right now what should have been your best city is only size 8.
These are just broad observations that could apply to most any game. You'd find you could get much, much better help by posting a save at 1000bc and waiting to continue until the better players (probably not me

) have had an opportunity to comment, and then try out their ideas. Do the same at about 10ad, and wait for comments. Most beginning players make their errors very early in the game and the affect of those early errors just grows as the game goes on, so you want to learn to make the best early moves.
