Lost my Mod

Sorry, if this is in the wrong place, couldn't find another thread where to put it.
My computer crashed just awhile ago and I had to re-install the game, thing is that I only had one mod in it and I can't remember what it was called or what it exactly did. But I know that it slowed down the whole evolution of the game a little bit, so we had more time to develop and play the game.
Now, does anyone know where I could find this mod? I know it comes from this site. It would be immensly appreciated. Thanks
