I have been looking for a good Lord of the Rings modpack in the download section. Does anyone know of any for CIV4 Vanilla?

I don't know of any that are specifically LotR but you might want to try Fall from Heaven. It's a fantasy based overhaul of the game that is supposedly quite good. I haven't played it myself though, I'm happy enough with just the default game.

However, I strongly agree with Willem, Fall From Heaven should be tried, I think it is superior. I pretty much have stopped playing regular Civ or BTS and pretty much always play FfH.
