Luchuirp world spell not usable?

Hey guys, I'm playing FFH patch M online as the Luchuirp and my world spell is absolutely not usable. It doesn't even show up when I click on my units as a usable ability, and no -- I haven't used it.

You need to research masonry.

 

[Emptiness]

There is an entry for Gifts of Nantosuelta in the Civilopedia, under the Spells and Abilities section.
