Mac / PC Civ2 ??

We have been reading the threads at this site

for a couple days and have yet to see anyone

talk of any differences between Civ 2 for Mac

& PC. We started playing Civ II version 1.0

for Macs a year ago.

1. Are their any major things about the Civ2

or Civ2 MGE for pc threads here that we need to be

aware of , or is the information contained in these

threads apply to Civ II for Macs as well.

2. Is there a forum here that is somewhat dedicated

to the Mac Civ II game ?

Moving to Civ 2 General Discussions.

Thats because there is no difference.Just a few font sizes here and there.

Apolyton has a Civ2 mac section.Probably the largest selection of online scenarios,mods and what not that are converted and ready to go(although you won't be able to play with events in classic civ2) .

I'm also a mac user.

I've never heard of differences between Mac and PC versions.

No there is no forum dedicated to the Mac. There's no need for one in fact since there are no particularities in the Mac version.

What I would like to see is a Mac download section.

As for your question I've never had a problem applying things that are said by PC users to the Mac version.
