Made a System Restore now can't Uninstall

I made a system restore and for some reason it created two firaxis games files, in the program files. When I try to uninstall it says that there was a setup.exe error. What should I do? It seems that the files are split in half or something.Some being in Firaxis File1 and others in Firaxis File2. Should I try to return the files and make one single file with all the information, and then unisntall. or just delete them both?
Should I erase both file and install again? Help

If you cannot uninstall, delete all civ folders manually.

It is possible that your registry will be messed up and you will not be able to reinstall. If so, follow the steps in post #6 of the following thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=167782&highlight=registry.
