In scraping to get more votes out of the bucket, the Overseer based his decision on a few remaining votes that were cast. The Overseer then adnounces who to lynch.

"TheLastone36 shall be it!!" shouted the Overseer as TheLastone36 nervously tries to sneak out. All the Overseer's men and, well all of the remaining vault dwellers chased TheLastone36 out of the Vault door.

TheLastone36, continues to run into the wasteland. Even passing by an Enclave trooper who shots him in the head.
