Hi, I did browse through the forums looking for this specific issue, but couldn't find anything - I installed Civ4 on my laptop, updated DirectX etc, and the game installed fine, it actually seems to work ok too (despite low spec laptop).
The problem is this: The main menu, and all submenu text is not appearing correctly - its unreadable. I've managed to start up a game based purely on my memory of what each item in the menu says, and the game runs fine - I just can't change any of the game settings etc.
The text looks something like a barcode, perhaps its a font issue or something?
Any advice would be amazing!
