Check the Industrial & Modern Units databases :D

Very nice. They always created nice work and it was a shame that there was trouble with them before..

Take a bow Sir

Now hopefully you might upload the former uploaded Ki-15 and Ki-30 too.

I´m crossing my fingers and hopes for the best :crazyeye:

There were some issues I'd rather not go into regarding TG's & FF's work being removed from the db. Believe me, I wish it was otherwise, but I've re-uploaded all of their work which I sensibly can.

And for that I´m sure I´m not the only one that is very grateful.

Thanks a million Oz, you´re priceless

Yeah Oz, thanks! I'd hate to see these works of art vanish.

Anytime :) I'm just sorry the process is taking much longer than I'd hoped due to surreal life.

Oh dear. I'm afraid this particular effort has come to it's end (not that I won't keep re-uploading other goodies.)

Double-checking my communications with Fire Fox, I belatedly noticed that the next - and last - batch of these joint creations (12 a/c in all) were made from models by a superb, Japanese (or Japanese-descent) fellow who, "didn't like the war so he said he don't like to see his aircrafts fighting." A curious sentiment from someone who reconstructs machines of war, but there you have it.

So It Goes,
Oz

.... Ah, but your next wish of a long-ago creator's works would be ... more ripptide? Kinboat? Bjornlo? BeBro? aaglo?

-;)z

Oz, my friend
you seem to be a bigger Database than the one here at Civfanatics :king:

I´m sure some of units have slipped away from posterity. I say I found some on stashed away CDs and DVDs, so I for one would be glad to see Civfanatics DB getting even more filled up by these old masters creations.

Even if most units have been remade, and in many many cases with better outcome, some rarities might be found.
I found a whole bunch from Recon1591 from the old SOE versions, but 99% of them has been made again in better style.

So please, but it will take a huge work load to be certain.
Before hand I thank you Oz

Oz,
I just found an old Ripptide UN white M113 and info that Ripptide ALSO made a white-camo UN Warrior MICV. I can´t find the Warrior.
Only the green-camo British Warrior is today in the DB together with some other M113s.

I got the M113 to upload but maybe you got both of them and could put them in the DB ?

The only ripptide unit I can find tagged "MICV" in the Archives is indeed an FV510 - in what appears to be desert tan; gwendoline produced a rather nicer one in what appears to be woodland camo (and Ares is right about Wyrmshadow's M113s, but AFAIK Wyrm never made an FV510.)

-:scan:z

That´s all true,
both Wyrmshadows M113s and Gwendolines Warriors (and that Ripptide Warrior) are of highest class. I was just itching for that ALL white Warrior that was mentioned together with the white M113 I already found.

Well no big deal, what we got is doing more than good.
Keen to see whatever units Ripptide missed to upload to today DB.
