In previous incarnations of Civ, the manual only covered the basics, the stuff necessary for playing the game but not for mastering it. While this is perfectly OK for a manual, it'd be great if there were an official, easily available (perhaps online) source of more detailed info (how corruption and waste works, how combat works, what advantages the AI has, what affects the AI's attitude toward you, etc.), so that people wouldn't have to discover it themselves or ask the developers themselves.
Note that I don't consider this a must-have, and I'd rather have a great, but rather mysterious game than an awful game with every detail known, but nonetheless it'd be a nice touch. And I doubt it'd be too hard to make; it's not like the developers don't have this info.
Note that this "super source" wouldn't have strategies. That's something for us players to discover; after all, that's the whole point of this game. It'd just have cold, hard information.
