I'm sure this has been discussed a million time on this forum, but how would you go about taking a mod and making it a part of the regular game.
To be percise, I don't want to have to LOAD A MOD any more. I want to go to the single player, pick my map, and then when I pick my civ, have all the mods I've downloaded right there in the civ catagories.
Is this possible. If it is could you explain how to do this process in an easy to understand fashion.
Missouri Thanks You!

All of the mods? That may be a problem...

If you have a single mod that you always want to use you can edit the config file: My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\CivilizationIV.ini

Look for the following line and change as needed: Mod = Mods\World Piece

That will cause the game to automatically start with that mod activated. If you have multiple mods you'll need to merge them or place them in your custom assets folder (in My Documents\My Games).
