Making Dough During Anarchy?

I was making 200 gold plus per turn before I decided to bring Communism to the Dutch. To my surprise, I continued to earn money from my cities and interest from Wall Street during the revolution. Is this right.....or another bug?

You were getting a GPT deal from other civs, and you still recieve that money during anarchy.

You also receive income from Tax Collectors during Anarchy.

It's intentional. Anarchy just makes all of your cities 100% corrupt, it doesn't prevent other sources of income.

If you have any scientists, you can research in Anarchy too.

Yes. During anarchy, I turn everyone into specialists, leaving only the minimum of workers needed to feed the city.

I wonder if police men would lower the corruption during anarchy?
