Making science and culture a tile yield?

I know it is possible to edit the yields fields, but are there any other files that would be required to create a science and culture tile yield?

Has anybody tried creating new yields? Or tried the above specifically?
 
Lopez created a Health Yield but did not apply it to terrain, as that would be a big hastle, he used it instead for Specialist outputs. Fundamentaly it would not be too hard to do, you would need new Enums for it and some graphics to show up on the map and some modding to total it up with the Cities Reserch and gold.

All that said I dont realy see the point, Commerce Yield is fine how it is.
