Map changes after sync

First of all, I am new to this forum so I do not know all the customs yet.
This has happened to me a few times in MP now. After a few turns the game syncs. When I am back in the game, the map has changed. Usually the changed map is worse. The other players in the game do not have the same issue.

Such map difference on players PC is common. It is due Game.MapRandom() function which gives different result on players PC.
The only way to prevent it is to force map synchronization after 1 turn of the game. It is done e.g. in NOVAL map script: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=443993
